We are an active Constituency Labour Party based in Southern Hampshire

Representing a vast geographical area from the east of Winchester, north of Fareham, to the south of West Meon and Waterlooville to the East, we are an active and continually growing CLP. Our immediate neighbours are Portsmouth, Havant, Petersfield, Southampton and Winchester and our constituency covers towns and rural locations.

With a mixed membership from all walks of life, evenly split between male and female members and ages ranging from students to the retired. We are a friendly group, never short of an opinion, with a positive energy proud to represent the Labour Party and local residents here in the Meon Valley.

Friendly meetings are held every month, normally in Wickham, with an agenda based around such things as discussion of the latest topics, and campaigning. We are a contributor to Labour’s National Policy Forum, having held numerous workshops where we help to propose policy ideas which eventually go towards creating our manifesto. There is always something going on or planned that our members can get involved in. Local members receive regular monthly meeting invitations and news updates via a personal email.
